Open position - Manager of social media and client relations

We are seeking a manager of social media and client relations. This is a part-time (10-15 hours/week), in-person position that requires a few hours a week in our store in Inman Park.

Tasks and responsibilities

The person in this position will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and draft social media posts, Reels, and ads in cooperation with ADIJ's director of brand partnerships and founder. The content will focus on bridal fashion, sustainability, and social impact.

  • Assist with responding to new client inquiries and requests for information, as well as current client follow-up

  • Assist with scheduling and attending alterations appointments

This is a good fit for you if...

  • You are very plugged into social media and are on top of social media trends (preferably industry-specific trends)

  • You would absolutely love modeling wedding dresses for Reels and photos, as that is one of the biggest parts of the job!

  • You have excellent customer service skills and an upbeat, helpful demeanor

  • You can be patient with an elder Millenial who has a lot of weird (but sometimes good) ideas

  • You are able to be a voice of ADIJ, and you share our values, including a strong commitment to inclusivity and sustainability

  • You have a basic understanding of bridal textiles and gown construction & alterations, or are willing to learn

Some perks of working with us!

  • This is a pretty flexible position - and hopefully it will be fun, too!

  • We are a loving, supportive, and inclusive team

  • If you get married while you are working with us and you choose to select an ADIJ gown for your own wedding, you will enjoy a very significant discount on your dress!

  • There are opportunities for career growth as the organization grows and changes

We'd love to hear from you!

If you are interested in applying or learning more, please email us at Include a resume and tell us about yourself! Please do not call or drop by the shop, as this could interfere with the client experience, which is very important to us. <3
